How can I add additional guests or extra supplies to my party package?

 

After checkout, if you need to add extra guests or items to your party, just call or text us at 502-779-1933. We’ll be happy to go over the details and update your party package.

 

What do I do if it rains?

 

A little rain never stops a great battle, or a great birthday celebration! Rain or shine, your party is on. In fact, some of our most exciting battles have happened in the rain! For everyone’s safety, if thunder or lightning occurs, we will work with you to either pause, postpone, or reschedule your event depending on the timing.

 

What is included in a bundle booking?

 

Everything you need for an epic Nerf battle is included! Your party package comes with:

  • 9 obstacles (forts for cover and strategy)

  • 20 Nerf blasters

  • Eye protection for 20 players

  • 500 darts

  • 2 Battlefront Warrior flags

Our team will arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled party time to set everything up, and once the battle ends, we’ll handle cleanup as thoroughly as possible so you can relax and enjoy the fun.

 

How big of an area do I need?

 

We can set up in almost any space—most backyards can easily be transformed into an exciting battle zone! For the full experience with all 9 obstacles and plenty of room to run, we recommend a minimum space of 30 x 25 feet. If your yard is smaller, no worries—just reach out, and we’ll do our best to adjust and accommodate.

Have a larger space? As an optional add-on, we can chalk clear boundaries to help keep the action contained and the party running smoothly.  

 

What do I need to do to get ready for set up?

 

Just clear the space from sticks, debris and don’t forget to pick up your pets droppings before the party then leave the rest up to us!

 

Site requirements?

 

We can set up in almost any location! While having access to an electrical outlet is helpful for powering our pumps, it’s not required. If an outlet isn’t available, please let us know when you book so we can bring our battery backup to ensure everything is fully set up and ready to go for your party.

How do I pay? 

​

We request a $100 deposit at the time of booking to secure the date.  The remaining balance can be paid either through our website or in person the day of the party.  We accept most credit cards, paypal, venmo and cash.

What is your service area?

​

We currently service the Greater Louisville area.  If you live outside of this service area, please email us at info@battlefrontwarrior.com before booking.  We may be able to accommodate on a case by case basis for an extra free to be determined based on location.

What if I would like to have a party longer than the 2 hour window?
